This is an 8-week series for parents and their babies from ages 2 months to 6 months. Here are some highlights of the class:

Early secure child-to-parent connections are the basis for life-long emotional, intellectual, spiritual, and physical health. This class will help to create these connections.
Infant massage improves baby’s circulation and digestion, reduces fussiness, helps baby learn to relax, improves sleep and can reduce the symptoms of colic and GI track distress.

Parents who massage their baby build their understanding of their baby’s cues and gain confidence in caring for their baby. This increases their ability to help baby to relax during times of stress which can ease their own tension.
Parents will have an opportunity to explore their own parenting style and develop skills to enhance the life-long emotional, intellectual, and spiritual connections vital to new parents and their infants.
New parents will gain insight into their own parenting styles and gain parenting skills by exploring how they were parented.
